  • Tension Climbing Flash Board

The Flash Board was born out of necessity. After travel induced lapses in training and many climbing sessions undermined by a lack of good warm-ups, we knew we had to work on a solution. The compact, cylindrical design makes the Flash Board light, easy to pack, adjustable, and extremely resistant to rotation. Hang it from a pull-up bar, a sturdy tree, a bolt, or pull against the resistance of a solid object or your own foot! This is one tool you don’t want to be without. Just don’t pack it in your carry-on luggage… the TSA doesn’t love that.

  • Tension Climbing Grindstone Mk2

The next evolution of our flagship hangboard. Combining unmatched comfort, improved design, and the utility of our former Grindstone models, the Mk2 represents everything we’ve learned about designing and producing single piece hangboards.

The Grindstone Mk2 is based around an asymmetrical edge layout to ensure equal grip spacing for each edge size to deliver a more consistent training stimulus.

The custom edge profile eliminates the typical pressure points of a standard rounded edge. Making it possible to train 4, 3, 2, or even 1 finger at a time without the need for designated pockets.

  • Tension Climbing – The Block

The Block might be the single most useful block of wood we’ve ever made. Simply put, it’s a block of wood with an assortment of edges, pinches, pockets, and little crimps. Once you start using it you’ll realize that there is a lot more than meets the eye. Use them individually or in pairs to pick weight up off the floor, hang them from the ceiling, attach to a cable machine, pull against your own foot, combine with resistance bands… the possibilities are endless… Oh yeah, all the grips are immediately adjustable to be sloped, flat, or incut too!

Peace! We don’t have to climb non-stop. Let’s just chill a bit, soak up some sun and let the other climbers burn out on that roof before we take another shot at it.
